Scheduled Maintenance

On behalf of Chorus Pro May 8, 2025 00:00 - May 12, 2025 00:00 CEST

We would like to inform you that a migration of network components is planned from Thursday May 8 to Sunday May 11, 2025 inclusive.

The replacement of the old equipment by the new implies a prior application shutdown of the various applications concerned by these components, followed by a restart once the network equipment has been changed.

The impacts are as follows:

- Unavailability of the Billing domain on the service portal during this shutdown.

- Closure of the Chorus Pro exchange system during this interruption. The exchange system will not be able to receive, delay or broadcast files. We therefore ask you not to send streams during this period. When the system reopens on May 12, please smooth the sending load.

aufgrund geplanter Wartungsarbeiten werden das Health Center / Health Mobile / Hospital Shop / Health SFTP / Health AS2/ Health OFTP2 am 16. April 2025 zeitweise nicht verfügbar sein.

Die Wartungsarbeiten beginnen nachmittags um 18:00 und werden voraussichtlich um 20:00 abgeschlossen sein. Während dieser Zeit werden die oben genannten Systeme zeitweise nicht mehr verfügbar sein.

Danach steht das System wieder wie gewohnt zur Verfügung.
